Dr. Farran, who is board certified in Neurology and Pain Medicine, specializes in neurologic disorders affecting the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and muscles. Dr.Farran also subspecializes in the use of Botox, Dysport, Xeoman and Myobloc for the control of movement disorders, pain management, as well as cosmetic applications. Neurological testing performed through his offices include electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction studies (NCV), electroencephalography (EEG), 24-72hour EEG monitoring, evoked potentials (EP), as well as imaging with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and Polysomnography (overnight sleep studies) for sleep apnea and narcolepsy.
